OUR PEOPLE
Being a TPA tribe member means living into our values of
TOGETHER, COURAGEOUSLY, RESPECTFULLY, JOYFULLY, and BETTER.
And it means turning our core beliefs of WE BELIEVE. WE COMMIT. WE SHOW
UP. WE GET SHIT DONE. AND REPEAT into the daily, lived experience of
everyone who calls TPA home.
MOVIN' ON UP
At TPA, we are deliberate about cultivating and nurturing talent. And delighted when young talent step up to assume the mantle of leaders in our organisation.
HERE WE GROW AGAIN

FOND FAREWELLS
Two of TPA’s brightest young minds, Princess Sealetsa and Zaakir Choonara, take the bold decision to embark on the next chapters in their careers.

We are delighted to have fostered their growth and given them invaluable experience and expertise.

And while we are sad to see these exceptional young people leave the nest, we applaud their commitment to furthering their careers and wish them all the best in their new roles.

Another exceptional TPA talent, Noah Masha, makes the courageous decision to launch his own consultancy.
Noah has been a member of our tribe, under the expert mentorship of Senior Managing Partner Graham Gould, for three years.
This is an exciting new era, and one which marks a new chapter in our long-standing relationship with Noah as we continue to find new ways to collaborate and co-create.

MOVING ON
TPA is a stretch environment. The rigour and discipline we demand, and rely on, is not for everyone.
During the year under review, we respectfully part ways with Jonathan van der Westhuizen, Tshepo Lethoko and Keke Mogale, and wish them well in their future endeavours.

TERMINATION
In February 2023, in one of the darker and most disappointing chapters in recent history, TPA is rocked by an egregious breach of trust by one of our own.
A painful and extremely challenging four-week period leads to the difficult but necessary decision to sever all ties with a long-term employee whom we had supported, invested in and trusted unequivocally.
Such is the nature of the breach, and the criminal behaviour that underpins it, that we feel compelled to take extraordinary safety and security precautions, the repercussions of which will continue to be felt by our MD and the wider business well into the new financial year.

We resolve to learn from this painful chapter, and emerge with a renewed commitment to demanding the highest ethical standards from every tribe member, without exception.
