The #ShowMeYourShift programme with African Bank wasn't just about sales training; it was a metamorphosis of the bank's core sales function. With a focus on audacity and individual transformation, this six-month initiative saw an unprecedented leap in sales performance, averaging a staggering 34% increase by its third cycle. By leveraging personalised coaching, high-impact masterclasses, and interactive eLearning modules, we didn't just meet the bank's ambitious Excelerate25 strategy—we propelled it into overdrive. The outcome? Sales Superheroes who don't just meet targets but obliterate them.
